Q: What are the conditions of return of an article?
R: The article must be returned in the original package. It should be in perfect condition, accompanied by all accessories, including the coupon or return which was include with the original invoice, duly filled out. We will not accept articles that have been damaged, are incomplete or have been soiled.

Q: Who will pay the return expenses?
R: The costs incurred for shipping are the customer’s expense. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. After 7 days there will be a $ 120, 00 fees for every return made during the warranty terms & policy.

R: If defect is due to transportation or is not functioning with the first use under normal condition, within 5 days Nimbe Technologies will engage in the return of the product and will refund original shipping and handling costs as well incur the cost for the second delivery. Q: Where will the product be delivered?
R: The product will be delivered to the address on the purchase order. Delivery only in Canada. Recipient will sign the delivery form. Unless otherwise communicated orders will be delivered by Fedex or by Canada Post. For in stock orders please anticipate a 2 week delay for the Montreal area (1 weeks outside Montreal) from the date your order has been validated by our office.

R: Costs are base on weight and distance. The average weight of the column is 16.5 kg. Delivery in Canada includes liability insurance. The average cost is between 15.00$ to 27.00$ plus GST and PST where applicable.

Q: Delivery time frame for retailers
R: The under 48 hours term applies to in-stock products that are prepared, packaged and shipped within 48 hours after order validation, excluding week-ends and holidays. Please anticipate a delay of 2 weeks from the date of the order payment to the arrival at the port of Montreal. Outside the Montreal area please allow an extra week after validation (except for items for which a delay has been expressly stipulated at the time of order placement)
